      • Several areas of the walls were in disrepair (e.g., holes).*Ensure that walls are maintained in good repair and are non-absorbent and easy-to-clean.May 8/26 --Most of the holes were repaired and finished. One hole above the spice rack still requires proper finishing.

Remove and replace, ensure materials used to seal up high moisture area is waterproof and maintained in good condition.*Hand sink faucet by the coffee machine was loose. Secure faucet.

      • Caulking along the dishwashing area had signs of mould growth. Replace caulking and ensure all water tight junctions are in good working condition.

      • Accumulation of dust was found on the black fan next to the hand sink. Clean fan and add to routine cleaning schedule. Ensure all equipment and utensils in the kitchen are clean to prevent contamination of the food service area.
