    • 19(1)(a) A food establishment must be located, designed, constructed and maintained to ensure all of the following: (a) that the risk of contaminating the food is minimized;
      • Low-temperature chlorine dishwasher's sanitizing line was switched with the soap line. This resulted in the chlorine being dispensed during the wash cycle and not the rinse cycle. Dishes must be washed before being sanitized. Lines were switched during the inspection.
