      • **Updated March 24th, 2026: during diapering, staff did not wash their hands after washing the Children's hands. Please ensure that staff wash their hands between children and after washing the children's hands during diapering. ****Could not observe as no diapering took place during the inspection.Little star room: It was observed that staff did not wash their hands or the child’s hands after a diaper change. Staff needed to be reminded to perform hand hygiene. Provide training to all staff on proper handwashing and diapering procedures.

      • The diaper tables and diapering pads in the little stars room and ladybug room had dust and debris and hair accumulated.- Clean the diapering pad and table in between clients.

      • **Repeat violation**Little Star room: Cleaning rags were hung on the faucet. Please ensure the following:- cleaning rags are used only once and then disposed of or laundered. This prevents cross-contamination and bacterial spread. - place clearly labeled bins in each classroom for used rags.**Update 30-10-2025**The used wet rags were being stored on top of the sanitizer bottle in the little stars and lady bugs room.

      • Little Star room - staff were regularly logging fridge temperature at 10C with no corrective action. Fridge also has moderate ice build-up.-Move milk to other fridge-Defrost the fridge this weekend-Using the fridge thermometer, test the fridge before using again-Train staff on required corrective actions when out of range (e.g. notifying manager, moving food products, changing the temperature, etc.). Corrective actions should be logged, and temperatures need to be recorded AFTER actions have been taken as well

      • Mouthed toy (dirty toy) bin is not available to store dirty toys in the toddler (Lady Bug) room. The bin is full of craft supplies. Please ensure a bin is dedicated to store dirty toys.

Electrical cord from the security alarm by the emergency exit door is easily accessible to the children. Please ensure this is not easily accessible to children. 3. Some art supplies are 5 years +. Please remove these paints from the toddler classroom. Sunflower:1. Water paint (Artistic series) used in the classroom does not have non-toxic claim. Please ensure the paints used in the facility are non-toxic.

      • Butterfly room:1. Surfaces are disinfected with vinegar solution in the butterfly room. Please ensure surfaces are disinfected with a disinfectant/ sanitizer. Sunflower room:1. Areas behind the window's safety bars are dirty. Please clean/sanitize thoroughly.

      • Mouthed toy (dirty toy) bin is not available to store dirty toys in the toddler/baby rooms. Please ensure a bin is dedicated to store dirty toys.

      • Baby room: 1. Jackets and personal items are stored on top of class supplies. Please ensure staff's personal items are separated from classroom supplies. 2. One of the hand sinks was used to store binders and other supplies. Please relocate these items.
