      • Long tangling wires were observed in some classrooms.-Please secure, clip, or organize all loose and tangled wires, ensuring they are kept out of children’s reach to prevent tripping and entanglement hazards.

      • Push pins were observed in some classrooms' walls.-Please remove the push pins from the walls and use safer and protective material to attach items on classrooms' walls to reduce the risk of injury.

      • Diaper station without the required safety belt was observed in senior toddler classroom.-Please provide suitable safety belt for the diaper table to prevent the potential risk of a fall.

      • 1. Worn caulking observed around the handwashing sink in toddler room 2.-Please apply fresh silicon sealant to prevent water infiltration and maintain proper sanitation conditions.2. Dirty garbage bins and covers observed in most of the daycare classrooms.-Please clean these garbage bins and their covers to ensure children are not touching dirty surfaces after handwashing process.3. Dusty vents noted in OSC 2 and senior preschool classrooms.-Please clean the identified vents to ensure sanitary conditions.

      • 1. Bingo dabbers with "not suitable for children claim" were in the toddler room. Bingo dabbers were disposed of at time of inspection.2. Sensory play bottles in the Senior Preschool room were not adequately sealed. Bottles were removed from children's access to be resealed.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Diapering surface in toddler room had craft supplies and a stuffed animal on top. Objects were removed during inspection by staff.
