      • The pump head for the soap dispenser was missing and soap could not be dispensed at the hand sink by the lash supplies. The operator supplied a new soap dispenser for the hand sink.The paper towel dispenser was empty. Staff filled paper towel dispenser.

      • Single-use buffing blocks in a drawer at a nail workstation were scuffed on each side, indicating that they had been used.Operator acknowledged that the blocks should only be used once and informed inspector that they would be discarded.

      • The bottle of PREempt CS20 used to disinfect semi-critical reusable tools had an expiry date of August 19, 2021. Please acquire and use approved sanitizer (such as CS20) that has not exceeded its expiry date. Non-critical surfaces and reusable tools are reportedly disinfected with 70% isopropyl alcohol. The bottles of alcohol observed during the inspection did not possess a DIN or MDL. Please acquire and use an approved sanitizer for these surfaces and equipment.
