   • 03. Is all food in this facility fit for human consumption and not unwholesome, spoiled, or adulterated?
     • Dented cans were noted in the facility. Few of these dented cans were removed during the inspection.
   • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
     • It was noted that the facility was using vinegar water as a sanitizer. Please note that vinegar is not an approved sanitizer and must not be used to sanitize food contact surfaces. The facility has a Lysol spray which meets alternative sanitizer requirements with 30 seconds contact time. Please use this product to sanitizer food contact surfaces.
   • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
     • Unfinished shelves were noted in the back storage area. Please seal unfinished shelves and ensure they are maintained in a smooth, easy-to-clean and moisture resistant state.
