      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Milk bottles in front Coca-Cola cooler probed at 11C.
      • 2) Falafel container stored at room temperature. Taken out 40 minutes ago.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Staff discarded milk bottles.
      • 2) Falafel container moved to cooler. Do not store falafel at room temperature.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two inserts of sliced donair meat (beef, lamb) stored at room temperature. Staff stated it was set aside (for when it gets busy) before cooked on the grill. Probed at 27C and 22C and were sliced 30 minutes ago.
      • Corrective Action(s): Sliced meat cooked to 74C on grill and placed into hot holding unit.
      • Do NOT store sliced meat at room temperature. Slice from cone and cook on grill IMMEDIATELY to place into hot holding.

      • 2) Additional rice scoop was worn - plastic peeling from scoop.
      • 3) Lettuce container not covered.

      • 2) Additional rice scoop discarded.
      • 3) Obtain tight fitting lid for lettuce container.

      • Corrective Action(s): Operator manually mixed a new QUATS solution - measured at 200ppm. Ensure staff are verifying sanitizer concentration with test strips.

      • Observation: Mounted sanitizer dispenser not dispensing correct QUATS concentration. Owner is aware and will be calling a plumber. In the meantime, staff are manually mixing QUATS sanitizer.
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair mounted sanitizer dispenser to dispense 200ppm QUATS snaitizer solution. Update inspector when complete.

      • - Store all single use takeout containers and opened dry ingredients in pest proof containers.

      • Corrective Action(s): (1) Obtain additional sink plug to perform proper manual dishwashing in the 3 compartment sink. Dishwashing sign provided during inspection.
