      • Observation: Remove spilled foods i.e., lentils, chickpeas, flour from aisles. A few lentils and chickpeas were scattered on the floor near the back corner of the premises where droppings are noted.
      • Corrective Action(s): Removed spilled food promptly and ensure that action items recommended in the pest control reports are implemented. Several past reports had noted these deficiencies.

      • Observation: Droppings continue to be noted along the west wall toward the back and the NW corner of the warehouse.
      • Corrective Action(s): Reattach the loose stainles steel baseboard at the bottom of the wall. Continue to remove droppings and monitor.

      • Corrective Action(s): Service the door/dock to close the gap. Remove droppings at the Northwest corner of the building and seal the bottom of the cooler man door where nesting activities have been noted in past pest control reports.
