- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Wiping cloths left on the counters between use. (Public Health significance) - Cloths once used can harbor and grow bacteria if left as used at room temperature.
- Corrective Action: Store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution of 100 ppm chlorine or 200 ppm QUATs all times when not in use.

- Observation: There were presence of flies within the kitchen premises (Public Health Significance) Flies including house flies can contaminate foods and surfaces with pathogen they carry which can cause foodborne illness.
- Corrective Action: Prevent the entry of flies. Operator is aware to fix the door screen.

- Corrective Action: Store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution of 200 ppm chlorine or 200 ppm QUATs. Mix according to the manufacturer's specifications.

- Observation: There was no presence of food grade sanitizer within the premises. (Public health significance): Food-grade sanitizers are safe for use on surfaces that come into contact with food further minimizing the risk of food illnesses by eliminating harmful bacteria
- Corrective Action: Food handler was made aware of the implication and immediately called the operator to get a food grade sanitizer. A picture was later sent to confirm the purchase of food grade sanitizer within the premises.
