- Observation: Observed single use disposable cups stored with their food contact surfaces up. This could lead to airborne contamination.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that single use items are stored covered or inverted.

- Observation: Observed sponges being used to clean food handling utensils. Sponges absorb moisture and allow bacterial to grow and multiply.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that only materials that do not absorb moisture such as green scrubbing pads are used.

- Corrective Action: Ensure that all food handling utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

- Observation: Observed spray bottle of clear liquid without label. Unlabelled chemicals could be used for a purpose that they are not intended for.
