- 17. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Critical)?
- 1) Construction not complete. Front bar not installed. Install bar counter(s), baseboards, hand sink, and plug in cooler. Hand sink must be supplied with soap and paper towels in suitable dispensers.2) About a foot and a half drainage pipe was sticking out of the floor in the kitchen. Remove pipe, cap it off, and ensure to finish floor so it is smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable.
