      • There is a build up of debris and mildew on the shelves in the produce cooler. Clean and sanitize this area. Increase cleaning to weekly or as needed based on visual inspection.

      • Soaps, detergents, and personal cleaning products were stored next to and among foods on sale shelves. Keep items that may contaminate foods separately.
    • 17. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Critical)?
      • Foods and merchandise were stocked on sale shelves, inside the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer prior to approval inspection. This made proper inspection difficult. Perishable foods were placed into coolers/freezers without health approval.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Wooden boards on the end of shelves in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer were bare and unfinished. Please paint/seal and ensure boards are smooth, nonporous and easily cleanable.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The walk-in freezer condenser unit was leaking and condensate was frozen onto shelves below. Please repair.
