These bags are not food-grade and should not be used for food storage.Please do not black garbage bags for food storage. Ensure that food-grade bags are obtained and used for this purpose.2) Personal items were stored on top of food items served to the public. To prevent cross-contamination, personal items should not be stored alongside commercial food products.Create a distinguishable space away from commercial food products for employee's personal items using containers and labels to prevent cross-contamination.

- A probe thermometer was not provided. Please obtain a probe thermometer that can be used to monitor foods between 0C and 100C.

- Pizza display warmer was set on top of the front service counter. There is no hand sink in this area - please relocate into kitchen within easy access to a hand washing sink.

- 1) Drainage pipes under the 3 comp sink were leaking. Please repair to eliminate all leaks.2) Public bathroom doors that open into the dining area were missing self-closure devices. Please install.3) Corner portion of baseboard under 3 comp sink was not secured to wall. Please ensure all baseboards are properly secured.
