Operator was unable to confirm expiration date from bottle.- Ensure disinfectant solution expiration dates are recorded if transferring to smaller spray bottles to use.- Bottles were replaced with disinfectant wipes during the inspection.

      • Dysport is reconstituted with saline with preservatives. Dysport's manufacturers instruction for use requires to use preservative free saline.Please follow the product's manufacturer's instruction while using it on clients.
