      • - Peanut butter and dry roasted almonds were kept uncovered beside the dipper well. All the food items while not in use must be covered to protect from contamination.*Staff covered both of the items.

      • - Bulk food items were stored on the floor in both dry storage rooms.*All food items must be stored at least 15 cm above the floor to protect against contamination.

      • - The QUATS sanitizer was measured at 100 ppm in the dishwashing sink. Staff indicated that the sanitizer was prepared at the beginning of the shift (around 6 AM), and the inspection occurred at 11:50 AM.*Staff then prepared a new solution, which tested at 200 ppm of QUATS.**To maintain the effectiveness of the sanitizer solution and ensure proper sanitization of dishes, sanitizer solutions must be tested before use and prepared fresh after each load of dishes or every two hours, whichever comes first.
