    • 06. Are appropriate food handling practices and plans in place to ensure that food is handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
      • Facility was not keeping temperature logs for sandwiches upon arrival. Please keep daily temperature logs are kept for sandwiches upon arrival, and refrigerators that sandwiches are stored in to ensure sandwiches are kept at a temperature of 4C or lower.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The 2-compartment sink was not sufficient for cleaning and sanitizing the dishes and equipment being used in the kitchen.To ensure dishes are sanitized, please install a 3-compartment sink big enough to fully submerge dishes, a commercial sanitizer, or a commercial dishwasher.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings were observed behind the refrigerator and the behind the freezer. Please acquire the help of a licensed pest control professional to assess the situation. Ensure all holes, gaps, and crevices are sealed to prevent pest entry and eliminate harborage points. Implement ongoing monitoring and pest prevention measures to ensure long-term control. Thoroughly clean and sanitize the affected areas.
