      • No potable thermometer installed inside the fridge. Install a functional thermometer inside the fridge to monitor the temperature of foods.

      • Inadequate surface sanitization of the table surfaces was observed during the inspection onsite. The staff was not spraying the entire table surface, leaving the areas unsanitized. Discussed with Health and Safety coordinator who spoke with the operator to do sanitization of the surfaces properly.

      • Food handling permit posted was passed expiration date.Post food handling permit with valid expiration date.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There was a whole in the wall above the sink inside the shelf area which was covered by the frame of food handling permit.Repair the wall.
