      • QUAT sanitizer solution prepared in the 2-comp sink was weak, and concentration was tested at 100 ppm during inspection.- As discussed, ensure QUAT sanitizer concentration is maintained at 200 ppm and regularly tested.

      • Quat test strips were not available in facility at the time of inspection.- Acquire quat test strips.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • 1. Soap was not available at the handwashing sinks in the production and packaging area.2. Paper towels were not provided in the dispensers at the production and washroom hand sinks.3. Handwashing stations (production and packaging) were blocked as items were placed in and around the basin of both sinks.ENSURE HAND SINKS ARE UNOBSTRUCED FOR STAFF USE, HAS HOT AND COLD-WATER ACCESS, AND IS STOCKED PROPERLY WITH PAPER TOWELS AND SOAP AT ALL TIMES.
