- Observed at least 10 birds in the back area during inspection. Please remove the birds from the facility.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- 1) Cardboards were used to line the retails shelves. Remove cardboards from the shelves. Provide a smooth and washable surface for the shelves. 2) Stains were observed on the walk-in freezer door and light was not working. Clean the door and fix the walk-in freezer light.3) Water and debris pooled by the walk-in cooler door. Remove the water and clean the area.
