      • ** Toddler room - the wall by the cots was in disrepair. ** Infant room - tiles were missing on the wall beside the cupboards. Repair required.** Infant room - the wall was in disrepair in the infant room where a wall mounted panel was removed.** Preschool room - the tile flooring by the window and door was missing and unfinished concrete exposed. Repair and resurfacing required so the surfacing is smooth and cleanable.** Preschool room - peeling paint/worn finish was observed on the grey shelving in the preschool room.

      • Heat throughout the centre was monitored at approximately 16.5C

      • ** Toddler bathroom (left) - the light fixture in the bathroom was hanging down. Please secure.** Preschool room - the red vinyl cushions were wearing on the corners. Repair or replacement required.

      • ** Toddler bathroom - toilet paper was not installed on the toilet paper dispenser.** Toddler bathroom (left) - potty training seat was located on the floor. Please ensure the potty seat is hung in a sanitary condition.Preschool bathroom - first bathroom was missing a toilet paper dispenser.Preschool bathroom - the second bathroom, toilet paper was not observed to be on a dispenser.

      • ** Lids were not observed on garbage bins which were accessible to children.** There was light coming through at the bottom of the door in the storage room. Weatherstripping required.
