- A two compartment sink was present, however, dish detergent and a sanitizer were both unavailable at the time. Please ensure cleaning and sanitizing chemicals are present. The mechanical dishwasher was present, however, it was not turned on at the time. Detergent and rinse agent was present.

- Hired pest control company monitors for activity. However, no records were provided to operators. Please retain pest control records for reviewing,A couple of ants were observed during inspection.

- Grease/oil was observed on the floor beside the cookline equipment. Please clean.A cleaning schedule should be posted in the kitchen.
