Trip hazards were identified in the following areas due to flooring transitions. - Hallway by janitor's room - Inside the old janitor's room - Access hallway leading to the basementAdd flooring transition strips to or remove old flooring from the areas so as to eliminate the trip hazard of uneven flooring.3.
