- Minor caulking is required along counter top and at seams. Please ensure kitchen/ food grade caulking is used. This will prevent moisture infiltration and will help to make the area easy to clean and smooth. Check ceiling surface - it is textured. If the surface cannot be easily cleaned, please paint it high a high scrubbable paint that is specific for kitchen/high humidity applications. Floors and ceilings are in good repair. Please replace missing light cover or purchase individual light covers (plastic tube that slides over the fluorescent light bulbs.
