- 03. Is the bacteriological quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
- Water sample (25ES-137E00363) collected on November 12th, 2025, came back unsatisfactory as the HPC level was elevated (130CFU/mL). Please resample the cold plunge as soon as possible.
- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- A discrepancy was observed between the pH reading on automated controller and manual testing. Manual test: 7.99Automated test: 7.19Please ensure the automated controller is calibrated properly and consistent with manual testing. If the automated controller is unable to read the chemistry properly and make required adjustments repair/replacement may be needed. This discrepancy may also be due to manual dosing of treatment and will be assessed again once treatment has been completed and chemistry is within range.
- 16. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
- Operators pool test kit (PoolLab 2.0) has moisture trapped in the testing well which could be resulting in inaccurate readings. Facility switched to the Taylor Test Kit that is on-site to have accurate readings.

- 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
- The flow rate exceeded the maximum rate of filtration allowed for a swimming pool (FMR: 21.8GPM/sqft, maximum as per the pool standards is 15GPM/sqft). Pools constructed prior to November 30, 2006, that use high-rate sand filters may operate at a higher filtration rate where a) the rate is prescribed by the manufacturer’s specifications. The maximum flow rate as per the manufacturer's specification for the current filter is 100 GPM. Thus, please ensure to maintain the flow rate does not exceed 100 GPM.
- 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- The hydro-jet line has not been plugged and decommissioned. As well the button to start the jets has been removed. Please either utilize the jets and install a button for them to operate or plug and decommission the jets line such that standing water is not left inside.
