      • A discrepancy was observed between the pH reading on automated controller and manual testing. If the automated controller is unable to read the chemistry properly and make required adjustments repair/replacement may be needed.This discrepancy may also be due to manual dosing of treatment and will be assessed again once treatment has been completed and chemistry is within range.

      • The flow rate exceeded the maximum rate of filtration allowed for a swimming pool (FMR: 21.8GPM/sqft, maximum as per the pool standards is 15GPM/sqft). Pools constructed prior to November 30, 2006, that use high-rate sand filters may operate at a higher filtration rate where a) the rate is prescribed by the manufacturer’s specifications. The maximum flow rate as per the manufacturer's specification for the current filter is 100 GPM. Thus, please ensure to maintain the flow rate does not exceed 100 GPM.

      • The hydro-jet line has not been plugged and decommissioned. As well the button to start the jets has been removed. Please either utilize the jets and install a button for them to operate or plug and decommission the jets line such that standing water is not left inside.

      • Anti-entrapment plan must be updated to reflect if the hydro-jet system is in operation or not. Please also confirm the new VGBA-2017 covers are installed as per the VGBA-2017 instructions. Diagrams or pictures of the sump depth are required.
