- A discrepancy was observed between the chlorine reading on automated controller and manual testing. Manual test (FC): 3.55ppm Automated test: 2.33mg/LPlease ensure the automated controller is calibrated properly and consistent with manual testing.Update: (2025-07-16). The manual test reading for chlorine was measured at 4.72 ppm and was not consistent with the automated reading of 5.59 ppm. Please calibrate the probes to ensure that the manual reading is consistent with the automated reading.

- Concerns over the anti-entrapment plan (needs updating to reflect the following: correct flow rate, certificates of compliance for all covers used, flow rate for the covers installed in the 2x2 arrangement based on manufacturers specifications, sump depths, etc.). Anti-entrapment plan/devices must be compliance with the VGBA-2017.**OUTSTANDING (2025-07-16). The Anti-Entrapment Compliance Plan was reviewed, and discrepancies were noted. Specifically, the current sump dimensions were not in compliance with the manufacturer's requirements for the suction outlet cover. The operator was instructed to provide adequate documentation to prove that the current sump dimensions are allowed and acceptable for the main drain cover and is in compliance with the VGBA-2017 requirements.
