      • In accordance with Section 4.1.11 of the Nova Scotia Food Services and Food Retail Code, you must: have a functioning thermometer(s) on all heating and cooling equipment; obtain a thermometer for the domestic fridge.

      • Repair or replace the glass door kitchen fridge so that it maintains a temperature of 4C or less.

      • In accordance with Section 3.3.3 of the Nova Scotia Food Services and Food Retail Code, you must store potentially hazardous foods at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or less. Do not use the faulty fridge to store potentially hazardous foods.

      • In accordance with Section 3.3.3 of the Nova Scotia Food Services and Food Retail Code, you must store potentially hazardous foods at a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius or less. Potentially hazardous foods were moved to a fridge measuring 4*C. Ensure fridge which was noted to be 10*C is repaired or replaced to ensure all fridge units are capable of maintaining a temperature of 4*C or below.
