      • Regularly discard old expired foods to maintain a safe storage environment. Moldy salsa stored in the fridge discarded during inspection. Ensure that bleach sanitizer intended for use on food contact surfaces is mixed at the correct concentration - 100-200ppm (1/2-1 tsp regular strength household bleach per Litre of water mixed daily).
