Toys observed appeared clean; however, the dishwasher displayed an error message and was not reaching the required sanitizing temperatures of 82C at the manifold and 71C at the dish level. Please repair the dishwasher. Ensure it reaches 71C at dish level for proper sanitation.Until the dishwasher is repaired, please use the sinks to sanitize toys. - The bleach disinfectant solution in the baby room was measured at 50 ppm. Please ensure the bleach solution is maintained at 100 ppm for routine disinfection and at 1,000 ppm during any outbreaks. A new bleach solution was prepared onsite. Concentration was satisfactory.

- Although the facility was generally clean, the floors and doors looked dirty and sticky, with visible handprints on the doors. The surface finishes on both floors and doors appears to hinder effective cleaning. All surfaces should be smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable. Please redo, restore, or refinish the floor and door finishes.UPDATED - July 22, 2025:-After discussion with the director, it was confirmed that bleach is used to clean the vinyl flooring (installed the past year). Please ensure cleaning products are properly diluted/mixed and that manufacturer instructions are followed regarding suitable chemicals for the flooring type, as bleach can damage or discolor some materials.-The director indicated that the doors will be refinished/painted in coming months.
