      • Sanitizer concentration not at 200ppm. Operator prepared a fresh solution that measured at 200ppm Quats. Please ensure sanitizer solutions are changed regularly to facilitate destruction of pathogens.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A gap was observed in the gap door. Please replace weatherstripping to prevent gaps that could facilitate the entry of mice into the facility.

      • Utensils used for mixing drinks are observed to be stored in a container of water. Ensure utensils are stored dry or in a QUAT sanitizer at 200 ppm to help prevent potential contamination of food. The operator filled the container with a 200 ppm QUAT sanitizer solution during inspection.
