- - The microwave at the back had a build-up of food on the inside. - One strainer stored above the dishwasher area was not clean.Please ensure all equipment and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Corrected onsite. The microwave and strainer were cleaned.

- An ice scoop is observed to be sitting on the shelf beside the ice machine. Ensure that the ice scoop is stored within a clean container to help prevent contamination. The operator cleaned the ice scoop and provided a clean container during the inspection.
