- The owner of the personal service business did not submit a notification about the business to the Alberta Health Services. Submitted during the inspection.

- The disinfectant has been used for surface disinfection was not approved (no DIN). Lysol wipes and Lysol spray disinfectants were also available and will be used for surface disinfection.

- Barbicide solution was not changed daily, as per manufacturer's instructions. Discussed.
