      • Initially no water coming from the back of house handwash sink (handsfree) faucet. - The operator changed the battery and the handwash sink is operational.

      • Staff personal belongings (cell phone, lunch bag, drinks) stored on the "Clean" dish storage shelf.- All staff belongings relocated to the office desk/area.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings noted in the back of house area under the packaging storage shelf and in the cupboard that has the pump.- Cleaning is required. Continue with abatement measures.
