- Boxes of food were placed on the floor at various locations in the facility. The operator moved the boxes to the shelf during inspection. Note that food items in the facility must be stored at least 6 inches above the floor.

- A cat was observed in the facility. The operator was advised to remove the cat from the facility during inspection.
