- One of the soft seated potties has a small tear in it. This can no longer be adequately cleaned and sanitized. Discontinue use of this potty.The sides of the diapering table in the diapering area adjacent to Bouncing Bunnies has some unfinished surfaces that may absorb moisture. Seal the unfinished material.Several shelves have been moved around during reorganization and are no longer secured from tipping. While these items are not considered play spaces, a child could try to climb on them and it could tip over and cause harm. Tall or heavy furniture items must be stable and not easily tipped over. Proper anchors should be used to attach furniture to the wall where necessary

- Windows recently replaced.Operator indicated that old carpets will be replaced soon. Some of the half walls in childcare spaces are being refinished. Operator indicated that this is planned for all walls that have surface damage.
