- A high-level disinfectant was not available at the time of the inspection. A high-level disinfectant was obtained prior to the end of the day.
- 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
- Some areas of the facility were still under construction, there was missing baseboards, exposed plumbing and holes in the walls of the halo head spa room.
