      • Disinfectant/sanitizer solution measured a chlorine residual of greater than 1000 ppm chlorine residual.Solution was diluted to roughly 250 ppm chlorine residual.

      • The diapering change table in Sr Toddler is starting to lose its finish and is no longer smooth non-porous and easy to clean.

      • * Ceiling tiles in disrepair (holes or water stains observed). Please ensure ceiling tiles are replaced/repair and water source is investigated.

      • * Burnet lights observed. Some light fixture had light covers coming undone (bulging). Please ensure lights and light covers are in good repair.

      • *Diapering mattress in disrepair. Tear was observed for the diapering mattress. Ensure diapering mattress is easily cleanable and impervious to moisture.

      • * Hot water for the toddler room handwashing sink was measured with a probe thermometer and measured to be at 15C. Please ensure hot water is available for handwashing.
