- 1. RF microneedling needling has no sterility information to confirm it is sterile. Discard the microneedling needles indicated above, obtain needles that has a Lot number, expiry and method of achieving sterilization indicated on the packaging. The packaging must indicate that the needles are sterile at the point of use. 2. Sterility assurance documentation for microneedling needles was not being maintained with corresponding client record.Develop a method of documenting sterility information of needles with client record. Information must include Lot number; expiry date, and company name of the needles being used.

- BioRePeelCl3 chemical peel products containing trichloroacetic acid (TCA), a prohibited ingredient was found on site.Discontinue use of BioRepeelCl3. Use only products that does not contain a prohibited ingredient for chemical peels.
