      • One tomato can and two concentrated milk, dented cans were offered for sale in grocery area.Requirement:Do not offer for sale any dented cans.Dented cans were removed from the shelf.

      • No sanitizer was available onsite to prepare sanitizer solution in the sink for utensils.Requirement:Provide sanitizer onsite and prepare sanitizer solution in the sink for utensils used during repackaging food.

      • Dented/damaged containers of milk custard was observed on the shelves at time of inspection.- Ensure products are store shelves are not damaged to prevent risk of compromised food during storage.- Items were removed by staff.

      • Fish rolls in warmer measured at 55C. Staff indicated that Fish rolls were placed in the warmer to cook. Fish rolls discarded
