      • CS20 was expired at time of inspection. - Replace the CS20 and ensure expiry dates are checked.- Operator stated they have put the service that requires the use of CS20 for disinfection on pause until new disinfectant has arrived. Will focus on low-risk services int he meantime.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Cleaning around the rubber grommet around the washing machine barrel.- Please clean the area and ensure regular cleaning is done.
