- The facility did not have waterproof max/min thermometer to test dishwasher temperature.- Ensure to have max/min waterproof thermometer. The staff member was educated on the requirement and use of thermometer.

- The facility uses one of the two compartment sink for hand washing. Both the sinks were filled with dirty dishes, empty cans and empty milk jugs.- Hand washing sink must be clear all the time for effective hand washing. Use (commercial dishwasher is available in the facility) dishwasher to wash the dishes.
