      • 1) The facility was using expired PREempt CS20 solution as their high-level disinfectant.- Operator is to replace PREempt CS20 solution immediately. Please ensure that the high-level disinfectant expiry date is checked regularly and the disinfectant is replaced once the expiry date has reached.2) Contact time for PREempt CS20 is not being followed. - The operator was educated to follow the contact time for proper disinfection of tools. Please acquire a timer to ensure the contact time is reached.3) The operator reported that the CS20 was dispensed and used for 3 days at a time, but no record of testing was available, and the test strips were expired. -Ensure to test the high-level disinfectant every day and record the test results. Acquire test strips with a valid expiry date.4) Re-usable drill bits were not being disinfected with high-level disinfectant.- Ensure to disinfect the drill bits with high-level disinfectant.
