      • 1. Soap dispensers at both showers were empty. - Soap must be available at showers for patrons to take cleansing shower before entering the whirlpool.2. Water temperature at male shower was too cold, only 27C. Water temperature at female shower was too hot, at 54C. Maintain shower water temperature between 35-45 C. 3. Temperature of the saunas and steam rooms is being tested when the unites are turn off. - Temperature of the saunas and steam rooms must be tested when the units are operational.4. Mildew buildup on walls and ceiling in female steam room. - The steam room must be cleaned and disinfected on regular basis.

      • Update June 3, 2025: - Some test chemicals were still expired at time of inspection. Operator stated they have a new test kit arriving the following day.1.. Test chemicals (CR-0871 and R-0870) were expired at the time of inspection.- Make sure to use valid testing products and check expiry date regularly.

      • One section of the steps to enter the hot tub had a missing tile, covered with temporary material.-Ensure step is replaced with suitable material that is cleanable

Daily testing results for total chlorine, combined chlorine, clarity, temperature, and weekly for cyanuric acid were not recorded on the pool log sheet.- Make sure all required testing results are recorded on the log sheet.2.
