      • Water sample (25ES-219E00270) collected on August 6th, 2025, was rejected by the lab as there was no identification sticker on the sample bottle. Please resample the swimming pool.

      • Water sample taken Sept 20, 2024 - HPC 140 CFU/mL.-Resample
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) Stabilized chlorine tablets were found in the skimmer basket at the time of inspection.- Operator was asked to remove the tablets and to use non-stabilized chlorine if needed.
    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • During the inspection, powdered pool chemicals were observed in the basin while the clients had access. pH up was added to the water as per the operator. - Operator was asked to dissolve the chemicals in a bucket before adding it to the pool water. - Make sure to close off the pool to public access when performing this activity.
    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • Basin ledge tiles on the east side of the pool were broken and cracked at the time of inspection.- Operator was aware and has plan in place to fix the issue.- Ensure broken tiles are replaced promptly.
