      • Record keeping for the illness policy was not being maintained. Discussed and explained that even if the child was not onsite but was called in as ill by the parent or by the school that the OSC was still to be keeping records of children off ill, not only the ones they sent home.

    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Oct 25, 2023***The coat hooks had not been respaced to an adequate distance. The children were putting their belongings on the bench in this area before going to the first side of the gym. Discussed proper spacing and gave a couple suggestions for temporary measures until the school gets the coat hooks spaced properly or provides sufficient storage. Staff indicated they will discuss options ie putting spaced sample carpet pieces or other indicators on the floor to indicate where belongings should be, using the numbers on the wall (that were spaced apart) as an indicator of spacing.Aug 22, 2023***There was a concerns with the storage of individual children's belongings. The coat hook spacing was inadequate for keeping children's belongings separated. Discussed the children's backpacks being left on the bench in the change room with no separation.The coat hooks present did not have 12 inches between each one.
