- Sandwiches from the BB4K program were brought in a plastic container in close proximity to the front office. There was no temperature control over the sandwiches which were brought out at 9:00 AM.The sandwiches were returned to the fridge in the kitchen.

- The finishing underneath the 2-compartment sink was significantly worn and appeared discoloured (black).REQUIREMENT: Repair this area. Ensure finishes are water-proof and remove/discard any water damaged components.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- Cutting boards were significantly damaged, causing deep groves which are unable to be sanitized.REQUIREMENT: Repair or discard cutting boards which are damaged.
