      • An approved food contact sanitizer was not being used on food-contact surfaces. Oxivir is available, however there is no means to verify the concentration of dispensed solutions, and no rinsing step was being done as per manufacturer's instructions.REQUIREMENT: Obtain an approved food-contact sanitizer (e.g. chlorine bleach or QUATs). In the meantime, conduct a rinsing step with water after using the Oxivir solution. Obtain proper testing strips for any solutions used to ensure it is maintained at a proper concentration.REPEATED VIOLATION: observed November 12, 2024Oxivir ready to use sanitizer was being used for food contact surfaces. The sanitizer requires an after-rinse step and there is no means to test the concentration of the sanitizer.Obtain an approved food safe sanitizer such as 100 ppm Chlorine or 200 ppm QUAT based solution. Obtain appropriate test strips to regularly verify the strength of the sanitizing solution in use.
