      • June 17 2025 Updates: Lighting covers have been installed. Missing floor tiles pending. The missing and chipped tiles observed on the floor at the back of the facility in the store area are yet to be done.The lighting covers for all light fixtures in the main store area had been removed, with no shatter proof cover at the time of the inspection.PHI Trainee called the Operator Muhammad, who stated that the corporation had sent a service personnel over to come fix the shatter proof covers and missing tiles. PHI Trainee informed the Operator to ensure that pictures were sent across once the repairs and replacements have been completed.

      • There are missing tiles and chipped tiles observed on the floor at the back of the facility in the store area. This does not allow for effective cleaning of the floor area within the store.One of the lightings at exterior door exit of the main store area was not covered with a shatter proof cover. This poses a hazard and injury risk in the event of accidental breakages.
