There was an open bag of bulk product in the dry storage area, which could potentially lead to contamination.Corrective action: A method must be implemented to keep bags of bulk dry product closed during storage (e.g. roll the bag and secure with a clip).2. There was an open bag of raw meat sitting on the floor of the walk-in freezer.Corrective action: Foods must be kept in a suitable container during cold storage, and must be at least 15 cm (6 in) above the floor.

      • A pink, slimy substance (which could potentially be mold) is forming within the interior of the ice machine. The owner reported that they regularly have the ice machine serviced, which involves a thorough cleaning of the interior and treatment to inhibit mold growth.Corrective action: Please have your ice machine serviced as soon as possible.
