This can create a possible chemical contamination or accidental mixing of chemicals if the staff are not aware of what this bucket contains. Corrective Actions: • Provide a label on all sanitizer buckets.
      • F2.5D Chemicals, cleaners and other agents must be properly labelled and stored separately from food to prevent contamination.
