- There was no sanitizer prepared. Facility did just open but the full buffet was out. Ensure sanitizer is made before food is prepared.

- Mop sink was located opposite to food handling area. The mop sink did not have splash guard and/or door. - Install a proper door to enclose the mop sink to prevent any exposure of dirty water to the food prepared opposite the sink.
